CONDITIONS

Our weeks operate Friday to Friday. |

2. |
A deposit is required for each week of your booking. The value of
this deposit is confirmed on the booking form. |

3. |
The balance of your holiday is payable 4 weeks in advance of your
arrival. Failure to pay your balance in time may invalidate your booking and your
deposit will not be refunded. |

4. |
Pets are welcome through prior agreement, though we ask that you
respect our property and ensure that you always "poop scoop". Pets incur an additional
charge of £25 per animal. |

5. |
You are liable for the cost of any loss or damage to the property, or
items within, caused by pets, neglect, abuse or theft. |
|
6. |
We do provide one off street parking space for your convenience. Cars
are parked at the owners risk. |
|
7. |
Your cottage is available from 5pm (3pm for Coastguard Cottage) on the first day of your holiday and
must be vacated by 11am (10am for 5 Silvershell Road) on the last day of your holiday.

telephone to provisionally book your break, then complete the appropriate
booking form below and send this together with your deposit to confirm.
Last minute deals and
short breaks are available out of peak season. You may want a
romantic weekend for two, or a family adventure, just pick up the phone
and call us directly for weekend and short break prices. |
