COASTGUARD COTTAGE
The Cottage has been in my family for several generations, originally built in
the 1800s.

The Cottage has; 18'8" x 11' lounge, which has exposed beams, large
fireplace with a Delabole slate hearth and a piranha pine wooden floor.

The kitchen diner has a solid slate floor, modern pine kitchen, built in
hob and oven, fridge, microwave dishwasher and washing machine. |

The property benefits from full
double-glazing, night storage heaters, a large wood burner in the
lounge, modern electrics and plumbing. There is a cd player, tv, recordable DVD player, large collection of books
